Green smoothie for detoxing

Ingredients (4 portions):

1 large banana

2 handful of baby spinach

1 apple (with peel, without core)

1 big celery stalk

1/3 of a cucumber

A piece of fresh ginger or ginger powder

2-3 teaspoons of Maca powder (superfood)

Soy milk with vanilla

Blend the ingredients in a blender. Spinach, apple and celery are good for detoxing your body and ginger is good for your digestion. Maca powder is good for more energy and vitality. I like this version, because the banana adds some sweetness to it without being too sweet. Let me know what you think when you have tried this! Enjoy! :-)
