Green smoothie

Ingredients to blend:

1 large og 2 small bananas

2 handful of baby spinach

1 apple, with peel, without core

3 soft dades (remove stones)

2 table spoon hemp protein powder

a small piece of fresh ginger or ginger powder

3-4 dl cold water

optional: 1 teaspoon dark cocoa powder (without sugar)

Blend the ingredients in a blender and add more water if you want it more liquid or add more protein powder if you want it thicker. As an experiment I added a teaspoon of cocoa powder. It makes the smoothie darker, but you won't regret it. I loved the taste of it!
